By registering to the ERN EpiCARE 2024 annual meeting, I hereby:

- give my consent to collecting and processing of my personal data provided, to the extent necessary for the achievement of the purposes of this meeting.

- engage myself to make sure my Family Name will always appear when connecting to any of the Annual Meeting sessions.

- engage myself not to record and/or diffuse the sessions or take screenshots.

- recognize I was informed that the Annual Meeting Sessions will be recorded.

- As a registered participant I certify that I am not bound to a third party by an exclusivity contract on my image.

- I expressly authorise the Hospices Civils de Lyon, as coordinator of the EpiCARE European Reference Network, to use the images referred to above meeting to illustrate any subject related to the activity of the EpiCARE Network without any commercial or profit purposes.
